Innovation Metrics

Implemented the Innovation Monitor™ survey which assisted them in understanding the biggest areas for improvement across their business as perceived by staff. This view will help NSCC to further develop innovation systems and categories that will focus their efforts in the right areas for growth and development of products and services for their area.
