i2B Performer was developed at Carter Holt Harvey (CHH) in the year 2000 and used by over 20 separate CHH businesses across New Zealand and Australia. It was also picked up by the Warehouse Group and is used there for programme management of all its performance improvement projects.

For example at CHH, i2B Performer achieved the following milestones;

• It was used in 21 CHH businesses and 4 corporate departments
• It managing Over 5000 projects with 1375 trained users
• In 2003 it managed 435 Total Productivity Improvement (TPI) projects with a targeted savings of $116m
• In 2004 it managed 336 TPI projects with a targeted savings of $171m
• It managed 322 New Products & Services through a choice of light or regular stage and gate processes
